Inspiration

From a young age, the art of animation has always inspired me. Whether it be Disney, Studio Ghibli, or an independent short, I am fascinated by the artistic and technical aspects of an animated production. I feel a great respect for the time and effort that is put into the creation of an animated film, and am amazed how life can be so clearly represented with a computer model or a few drawings. In the past, I have experimented with both hand drawn and computer animation. This is a hobby I truly enjoy and, at one point, considered pursuing as a career path. I also, however, harbor a love for biology, and it is this which I chose to study at TCNJ. My one regret in life is that I cannot be both a biologist and an animator at the same time.
